The Atelier begins with a scalp and strand reading, not a style catalogue. Colour is layered in thin passes, cuts are dry-finished, and every appointment closes with a treatment matched to the work performed.
Each facial opens with a barrier assessment under warm light. Actives are selected for the season and your tolerance, then closed with cold stone and a hydrating veil so skin leaves calm rather than reactive.
Rooms are kept warm and dark. Oils are heated to skin temperature and chosen by scent preference before you lie down. Therapists work to a fixed sequence so the same treatment feels the same every visit.
No drills on natural nails, no rushed cuticle work. Shapes are filed by hand, colours are kept within a curated neutral and deep-tone library, and every set closes with a warm oil massage.
Our hammam follows the classical sequence — heat, black soap, kessa exfoliation, rhassoul clay, cool rinse — performed at an unhurried pace by therapists trained in the traditional method.
Rituals are built as one uninterrupted arc rather than a series of appointments. You stay in the same suite, with the same therapist team, from the first pour of tea to the final application of oil.
