HEPTA takes its name and its geometry from the heptagon — seven sides, seven disciplines of care, held in one structure.
The Desert Rose
A form that grows slowly, and holds
The desert rose crystal takes shape underground over decades, layer upon layer, until it becomes something structured and unmistakably itself. It became our emblem because it describes exactly the kind of beauty we work toward — earned, deliberate, and durable.
Everything at HEPTA follows from that idea. Treatments are sequenced rather than improvised. Products are formulated for this climate rather than imported unchanged. Rooms are kept dark and quiet because stillness is part of the protocol, not an amenity.
We opened in Dohawith a small team and a fixed standard, and we have grown by refusing to dilute it.
Our Values
Seven, and only seven
Each value maps to a facet of the heptagon and to a decision we make every day.
01
Structure
Every treatment follows a defined sequence. Nothing is improvised, nothing is rushed.
02
Restraint
We remove before we add. The result is clarity, not decoration.
03
Warmth
Composed hospitality — attentive, personal, never performative.
04
Craft
Therapists trained to a single standard, refreshed season after season.
05
Material
Stone, linen, amber glass, botanical oil. Surfaces you can feel the quality of.
06
Stillness
Low light, quiet rooms, unhurried time. The pace is the treatment.
07
Continuity
Care that carries home with you, and returns with you.
Tone & Manner
Warm, but precise
We describe what a treatment does and how it feels rather than promising transformation. We speak like a composed host, not a peer. And we let the experience do the persuading.
“Structured care, for a beauty that holds its shape.”
